Royalty for a Day

The day after Thanksgiving is considered the traditional Christmas shopping day in the United States. We went not to shop as other poor fools did, but to have THE PHOTO taken of our kids with THE MAN himself, Santa Claus.

Ah, what exhilaration we felt. Ah, what anticipation we had. Ah, how anxious we were. You see, this was our day.

And the kids … they felt the same way, too.

But, December 25th comes and goes and the season has ended for the little ones in the states.

However, the excitement and anticipation of Christmas is still in the air in Barcelona for another 12 days after ours in the states has finished.

The Feast of Reyes will be here on January 6th and on that day the children of Catalonia will receive THEIR gifts.

So, for now, Catalonia’s excited royals, line up to visit another Royal, a Magi, who will hear the little ones requests.
